We Get Thanks
Just some of the “Thank You” correspondence we receive
Over the years, the Leprechauns have received many letters and cards of thanks and gratitude from children, families and hospital staff—here are just a few, starting with the most recent.
A 2017 holiday thank you from MetroHealth Medical Center Department of Pediatrics, Child Life and Education
Dear Jean and Debbie,
Thank you so much to you and The Leprechaun Foundation for your amazing support during the holiday season and always! We can’t thank you enough for your support of children and families at MetroHealth. Adopting 10 families, delivering cookies, stockings, stocking stuffers and gift cards were all truly wonderful. We are so appreciative!!!
Warmly,

Annual Rainbow Sickle Cell Community Day 2017
We had a fabulous day at our annual Rainbow Sickle Cell Community Day! This is a fun day when we leave all the medical talk in the clinic!
The over 150 patients and family members who attended had fun doing all the different activities. Some got their faces painted; others visited with Disney characters or chose to make music outside. But everyone enjoyed the lunch before visiting with the community agencies and picking up their free backpack filled with school supplies.
It was a day of smiles and laughter by all. Rainbow's Sickle Cell Team thanks the Leprechauns for assisting with funds to allow this day to happen. We couldn't do it with out you!

Christmas cookies in July
MetroHealth pediatric patients and residents enjoy some summer seasonal fun with Christmas Cookies on July 25th. Even a patient gave a cookie to summer Santa. Thank you so much for this and all you guys do for us.
