We Get Thanks

Just some of the “Thank You” correspondence we receive

Over the years, the Leprechauns have received many letters and cards of thanks and gratitude from children, families and hospital staff—here are just a few, starting with the most recent.

MetroHealthThank you a million times

December 20, 2020

The gifts you sent made a big difference for our pediatric patients and their families throughout MetroHealth, during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

We cannot thank you enough for the support you have given to our patients and families. We are looking forward to continuing to work together and we wish you well in the new year ahead!

A huge thank you to the Leprechaun Foundation

December 17, 2020

Once again, I am writing to share a huge thank you to the Leprechaun Foundation.

You made Christmas happen for ten families affected by Sickle Cell even with all the restrictions put in place due to COVID-19. I truly appreciate you providing all the gifts early this year in order to meet the hospital’s guidelines.

I appreciate everything you do for our families at Rainbow. I hope that you and yours have a wonderful holiday season.

MetroHealthSpecial thanks from MetroHealth

May 18, 2020

We wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to The Leprechaun Foundation for your very generous donation of gift cards for pediatric patients and families at MetroHealth. During an especially tough time, your continued support is beyond appreciated.

Because of your thoughtfulness and commitment, pediatric patients and families that need support with groceries will be able to receive that support. This will allow families to focus on their families and child’s health.

Being in the hospital is scary enough for a child and their family, but even more frightening now. You continue to touch our families each step of the way on their journey – making such a difference for them.

On behalf of the Department of Pediatrics and Child Life and Education, we can’t thank you enough! We hope you are staying well.
